Bradbury's Farm Shop & Butchery, positioned along the front of the Centre, are passionate about producing and sourcing all produce as locally as possible. The Bradbury's rear their own beef and lamb on their family farm using traditional breeds and non intensive methods for superb quality, flavour & tenderness. For everything else, they seek out local farmers and food producers to provide them with the freshest and finest quality produce.
