Christmas Tales from the Tractor - December 2016
Christmas Tales from the Tractor took place here at the Centre over two Saturdays at the start of the festive period. Our two large marquees were magically transformed for the event into Santa's festive tractor shed.
Both days were sold out and it was brilliant meeting so many lovely families (including lots of first time visitors to Curborough) and seeing all the children's faces when they met Santa, his tractor and his sheep!
Santa insisted that only that only the good boys and girls visited him in his tractor shed, and we're relieved to say that thankfully all of the children made the good list....Phew!
As well as getting to hear about Santa's experience with "Cynthia the Sheep", the children got to eat breakfast or lunch (depending on their chosen session), receive a farm related gift from Santa as well as having photo's with him and his tractor.
Once that had all finished, the children were taken into the farm conservatory where Christmas tree decorations were beautifully decorated.
A big thank you to everyone at the farm and Mabel's Tearoom for all their support and help in making this a lovely event.
We look forward to seeing everyone at Curborough again soon.
